  • 1968<\/span>Asray Established<\/h3>

    \u00a0Asray started Gu\u0131de Rail manufacturing on toll basis.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 1972<\/span>Series Production<\/h3>

    \u00a0Asray started serial manufacturing of Lift Guide Rails under \u2018ASRAY\u2019 trademark.<\/p>

    In its own factory established in Florya, \u0130STANBUL.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 1988<\/span>First Export<\/h3>

    First export was realized.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 1990<\/span>New factory established<\/h3>

    Ha ving continued its manufacturing operations in its factory in Florya, Istanbul until 1990 Asray is working in its new entegrated factory which has a hot rolling mills built on a land of 45.000 m\u00b2 in Gebze, since that year.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 1999<\/span>Foundry completed<\/h3>

    Its ferrous and non-ferraus metal foundry was completed an put into service.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 1999<\/span>ISO-9002 Certificate<\/h3>

    Asray was awarded ISO 9002<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 2002<\/span>ISO-9001-2000<\/h3>

    Asray was awarded ISO 9001-2000 quality assurance systems certificates.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 2003<\/span>Machined Rail Line<\/h3>

    New machined quide rail production line was completed and put into service.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 2006<\/span>Broaching Method<\/h3>

    Machines for cutting open of wedges and keywaysby broaching method were commissioned.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 2007<\/span>New Production Hall<\/h3>

    The hall for the manufacture of the counterwight guide rails has been put into service.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 2008<\/span>Natural gas connected<\/h3>

    Our factory has been connected to the natural gas network.Our annealing furnace with natural gas and to work automatically.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 2010<\/span>Rolling Mill Automatic<\/h3>

    \u00a0Rolling mill automatic hot product drive system was commissioned.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 2012<\/span>New Rail Line<\/h3>

    A secondline of processed rails was commissioned for production.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 2014<\/span>Work safety<\/h3>

    As per the new regulations, a department of occupational and environmental safety was established.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 2016<\/span>Sandblasting and Machining line<\/h3>

    \u00a0A new 16-mm sanding and processing line was commisioned.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 2017<\/span>Paint and Preservative<\/h3>

    Dip painting and protective oil coating system was commissioned.<\/p><\/div><\/li>

  • 2018<\/span>ISO Standards<\/h3>
